I wish they offer Zero star for overall rating!! I've using Oral-B products myself for more then 10 years. I love every products I've used till I got this one for my child. I CAN'T believe Oral-B sell such horrible product to children. After the first use by my child, I noticed a few tiny strings sticking out from the brush. I didn't think much, trimed the strings and continue to use it.
