Worst Orab-B toothbrush I have used!
Miguel
I have been an Oral-B Indicator and Indicator Contour toothbrush user for many years after trying other Oral-B brushes. This Oral-B Cavity Defense style caught my attention and decided to give it a try. After using the Cavity Defense toothbrush I had to go out again and purchase the Indicator style brush. Using the Cavity Defense toothbrush cause me to clench my mouth when the back of the brush touched the other teeth while brushing. It sent tingles up my gums like those you get from high pitch glass sounds. This was my worst toothbrush experience to date.
I have been a loyal Colgate toothbrush user for as long as I can remember. I was given an Oral B Cavity defense toothbrush by my dentist. When my Colgate toothbrush fell in the trash accidentally, I was forced to try the Oral B and was amazed by how wonderful it is. I love the softness of the bristles and how they make my mouth feel extra clean. The tongue cleaning ridges on the back are an extra bonus that I also enjoy using. I am a convert. Thanks Oral B!

Audrey is right - the raised ridges on the back of the bristle end are idiotic. When you inadvertently touch them with your opposing teeth while brushing it's like driving over speed bumps. I have been loyal to Oral B for many years without question, but this is the deal-breaker.

Surprised when I used it the first time

Although I found this tooth brush to clean my teeth better than my previous tooth brush, I am not sure i will continue to use it due to the raised textured pattern on the back of the tooth brush head which is not visible through the packaging. I can't imagine what purpose it may serve, but I find it to be umcomfortable in my mouth. All previous tooth brushes that I have used are smooth on the back of the head of the brush and more comfortable to use. Not sure who thought of this design, but I would suggest changing it to smooth. I will be shopping for another tooth brush.
