Best toothbrush I have ever used

I received this toothbrush from a previous dentist and have continued to buy it for its rubber bristles and size. I currently can't find it anywhere and it seems to be discontinued, very disappointed about that. I would even be willing to buy it in bulk. Others have tried to simulate it but without success.
